CITIZENSHIP FOR A FAMILY
WITHOUT A COUNTRY!

It was a Saturday afternoon in 1952, at the age of 14, that
dad and his family appeared in Judge William Atwell's court in downtown Dallas, Texas for the ceremony.  Heinz, Hanna, and John Jacob  became citizens of the United States of America.
 A very proud moment.  The dream was now a reality!
Dad never misses an opportunity to stand with veterans of the military, or to vote, and encourages others to do the same.  Being an American is never taken for granted in our home.  We were raised in a patriotic home.
